Key Responsibilities1.

Transport Order Management:

  • Processing customer transport orders (GITS / Contrans / Email)
  • Preparing and generating train loading lists in Contrans
  • Confirming orders and responding to customer requests
  • Performing qualitative and quantitative order checks

2.

Coordination of RCO Rail Orders:

  • Daily organization of RCO export orders
  • Creating purchase entries in Contrans for RCO exports
  • Participating in daily RCO planning meetings

3. RKEM (Export) Activities

  • Handling urgent updates requested by the CX department
  • Updating missing seals for export units
  • Updating container movements at the Teiuș depot

Document Checks and Communication:

  • Verifying emails from customers and suppliers
  • Identifying orders from emails based on destination
  • Checking customs documents and import shipments
  • Organizing train folders for proper tracking

5.

Data Entry and Generation:

  • Generating orders in Contrans based on GITS data
  • Creating train loading list components
  • Verifying and updating data accuracy
  • Modifying information in internal systems

6. Auto Transport Activities (First Mile)

  • Creating purchase entries for auto transport
  • Overseeing operations and updating container movements
  • Making necessary corrections to container status

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Order processing time
  • Accuracy of entered data
  • Number of processing/documentation errors
  • Compliance with deadlines and operational flows

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience in end-to-end transport processes from order handling and rail coordination to documentation and data accuracy

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Skilled to ensure smooth export / import operations

  • Effective communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders while securing compliance with operational standards.

  • Proactive team player with a passion for logistics and process optimization
