Job Description:

Xchanging, a DXC Technology company, is looking for a **Junior Business Analyst **to be trained and involved in our Financial and Banking teams. You will be involve in our projects providing your contribution to the client request.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in interviewing clients, identifying business issues and proposing solutions

• Assist in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.) by creating roadmaps describing as-is and to-be customer environments

• Contribute to shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposals

• Identify and manage changes to requirements and identify risks for the company’s clients

Education And Skills

• Degree in finance and/or economics

• Proactive approach, Data Driven, ability to work in team and good communication skills.

• Interest in finance and banking field
