Our Oracle Center of Excellence (COE) focuses on delivering cutting-edge Enterprise Applications, including Oracle Fusion Cloud, to drive business value for our clients. We are seeking experienced professionals with strong functional expertise in Oracle SCM modules to solve complex business challenges and optimise system capabilities.

The Oracle SCM Consultant is a multi-skilled professional with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud administration and solution delivery. This role involves leading or supporting large, complex engagements, working closely with stakeholders, and providing advisory and implementation expertise. The ideal candidate is proactive, accountable, and continuously seeks to enhance service quality, agility, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs

• Lead business discussions, fit-gap analysis, and solution workshops

• Configure, test, and implement Oracle Fusion SCM solutions following Oracle methodologies

• Identify risks, propose solutions, and provide strategic recommendations to clients

• Support and guide project teams; provide leadership and mentoring where required

• Manage end-to-end project phases including requirement gathering, CRP, UAT, and deployment

• Prepare and maintain key project documentation (e.g., BRD, MD50, BR100, test cases)

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support business development activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in Oracle SCM applications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field

• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture with extensive Cloud SCM functional experience

• Proven experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations

• Expertise in at least two SCM modules, such as:

Inventory

• Procurement

• Order Management

• Cost Management

• Pricing

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience working in complex, integrated Oracle environments

• Ability to lead all project phases from initiation through delivery

Nice to Have

• Functional knowledge of Financial modules (AP/AR)

• Oracle SCM certifications
