Dynatrace CoE Process Definition and Playbook Development: Define and document a comprehensive process for the Dynatrace Center of Excellence (CoE), culminating in a playbook that outlines process steps, templates, KPIs, and controls, with Shell's sign-off as the final goal.

Collaboration: Work with Shell CoE leader to understand Shell process areas definition and align to Dynatrace CoE, Work with Shell and DXC leadership to align expectations, support, and priorities between Shell and DXC

Key skills and tasks:

• Review Shell documentation (knowledge base) and align to process areas applicable to CoE
• Review existing process documentation within Shell's Service Now environment for effective process development.
• Define KPIs and reports as needed for each of the process area
• Capability to advise Shell on what they need to address
• Identify needs of DXC Dynatrace CoE team for technical or process training and make sure that our team can deliver
