About the role

We are looking for a VMware Engineer with NSX-T and vSAN expertise. In this role, you will leverage your technical skills to deliver high-level customer satisfaction by implementing and supporting state-of-the-art VMware solutions, minimizing downtime in production environments, and ensuring optimal system performance. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, managing infrastructure lifecycle activities, and working on large-scale environments affecting thousands of users.

D aily challenges:

• Installation and configuration of NSX-T components
• Troubleshooting network virtualization issues
• Lifecycle management (patching and upgrades)
• Deployment, configuration, and optimization of clusters
• SAN integration and BOM preparation
• Troubleshooting and maintenance
• Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOM)

X perience and skills required:

• In-depth knowledge of NSX-T architecture
• Hands-on experience with vSAN and/or Dell Vx Rail
• Experience with HPE infrastructure (Synergy, C7000) and Dell server platforms is a plus
• Good knowledge of networking and security technologies, including network protocols and storage systems
• Basic SAN knowledge
• Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation and task optimization
• Familiarity with VMware Aria Suite (vRA / vRO) for automation and cloud management
• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus
• Fluent in English
