Location: Washington, DC Metro (Hybrid). Hybrid role with 2–3 days onsite at client locations. Candidates within 25 miles of a DXC office are expected to be on-site two days per week.

Role Overview: The People Soft Functional Business Analyst supports People Soft HCM implementations by leading requirements gathering, business process design, and functional documentation, with a focus on Public Sector environments. Candidates must hold a DOD Secret Clearance and be a U.S. Citizen.

Essential Dutie s

• Lead requirements gathering and business process mapping for People Soft HCM

• Develop functional design documentation and system requirements

• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

• Support People Soft HCM module implementations, particularly Time and Labor

• Translate complex functional requirements into clear, actionable documentation

Basic Qualifications

• DOD Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of business analysis experience on complex ERP projects.

• 3+ years of People Soft HCM Time and Labor experience.

• Knowledge of Public Sector business processes.

• Strong functional analysis and documentation skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Deep understanding of HCM business processes.

Other Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

• DOD Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
