Job Description: 工作内容：

• 您将制定测试策略，包括但不限于兼容性，交互性，测试周期，测试资源，测试各阶段的重点。在有限资源和时间下完成测试计划。
• 您需要能阅读自动化脚本，站在功能或项目测试负责人的角度与自动化团队配合提升自动化的覆盖率，提高维护阶段的回归执行效率；
• 您需要审核并验收项目中的用户故事，测试用例，测试结果（包括API测试，功能测试、集成测试、回归测试，预发布测试，发布测试等各测试阶段），以及后期维护等项目的方方面面；
• 您将根据系统需求和用户故事来编写和维护测试用例来确保完整性测试，并在初期排除可预见的风险，降低生产环境缺陷率；
• 您需要对测试过程中发现的问题完整记录、详细分析和精准定位；支持解决执行团队发现的缺陷和阻塞性问题；
• 您需要与开发、测试、产品等其他团队积极沟通和协调；可主导跨团队质量对齐会议，推动关键缺陷修复周期。
• 您需要在激烈的业务需求中权衡工作顺位，能在紧迫的时间表及压力下工作，能同时管理3+并行项目的优先级，保障核心功能零P1/P2缺陷发布；
• 您需要维护迪士尼品牌；

我们希望您：

• 拥有本科及以上学历，有计算机科学相关专业者优先；
• 具备5年以上的测试经验；
• 拥有公司后台软件测试者优先（SAP为例）；
• 熟悉软件测试流程和验收规范和标准优先
• 了解各种软件质量和测试方法；
• 拥有敏捷开发知识者优先。
