- Lead and/or contribute to the design, development, integration, testing, deployment, ongoing management, and enhancement of SAP FICO-based solutions (more on CONTROLLING / MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING), in order to meet client requirements and objectives
- Demonstrate functional and technical proficiency, business acumen, and thought leadership backed by excellent oral and written communications
- Identify and apply continuous improvement, innovation, and automation activities for operational efficiency, delivery excellence, and application modernization/transformation
- Balance working independently and working collaboratively with other consultants from the same or related modules, external integrated applications, clients, and/or other third-party vendors
- Leverage functional and technical expertise to meet engagement objectives, grow team capabilities, support pursuit and sales activities
- Execute all deliverables in accordance to company leadership values and in alignment with overall company and organization strategy and direction
- Lead and/or contribute to team, organization, and/or account strategies, initiatives, and/or activities
- Comply with key project critical metrics, delivery, milestones and/or service level agreements
- Comply with all team, organization, and client deliverables, targets, policies and procedures
