About the Opportunity

We’re launching a new Sales and Business Development cohort designed for early career talent with the personality, mindset, and hunger to succeed in a commercial environment.

What You’ll Do

As part of the Sales Academy, you will:

· Build strong, authentic relationships with potential customers

· Learn how to spot opportunities and understand customer needs

· Develop confidence in sales conversations and presentations

· Work closely with experienced sales professionals and mentors

· Contribute to business growth while living DXC’s values of integrity, collaboration, and customer focus

Eligibility Criteria

To apply, you’ll need to:

· Be able to travel to your assigned DXC office location (up to five days per week)

· Hold British citizenship (due to UK Security Vetting requirements)

· Be graduating in 2026 with a predicted 2:1 or above, or have graduated within the last three years with a 2:1 or above
