Fonctions essentielles du poste :

• Gérer ou diriger des équipes responsables des services d'infrastructure et superviser leurs activités quotidiennes.
• Soutien à l'élaboration et à l'exécution de stratégies et de projets d’infrastructure.
• Surveiller et maintenir les performances, la disponibilité et la sécurité des systèmes d'infrastructure.
• Collaborer avec d'autres équipes ou clients pour comprendre et répondre à leurs besoins d'infrastructure.
• Mettre en œuvre et adhérer aux meilleures pratiques et normes d'infrastructure.
• Agir en tant que point de contact pour résoudre les problèmes et les incidents liés à l'infrastructure.
• Aider à la création et à la maintenance de la documentation sur l'infrastructure.
• Participer à l'optimisation de l'allocation des ressources pour les projets et les initiatives d'infrastructure.

Qualifications de base :

• Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent ou une combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expérience
• 7 ans d'expérience de travail pertinente dans l'industrie, avec un minimum de 3 ans dans un rôle similaire
• Expérience éprouvée dans la gestion de la technologie de l'infrastructure
• Compétences en gestion de projet et en connaissances techniques
• Un apprenant continu qui reste au courant des connaissances et de la technologie de l'industrie

Autres qualifications

• Un diplôme d'études supérieures dans un domaine pertinent est un plus•
• Les certifications pertinentes, telles que CCNP, AWS Certified, Cloud Practitioner ou CompTIA Project +, sont un plus

Infrastructure Manager ( Bilingual/Dorval)

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage and lead teams responsible for infrastructure services and oversee their daily activities.
• Support in the development and execution of infrastructure strategies and projects.
• Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of infrastructure systems.
• Collaborate with other teams or customers to understand and address their infrastructure needs.
• Implement and adhere to infrastructure best practices and standards.
• Act as a point of contact for resolving infrastructure-related issues and incidents.
• Assist in creating and maintaining infrastructure documentation.
• Participate in optimizing resource allocation for infrastructure projects and initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology management
• Proficiencies in project management and technical knowledge
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNP, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or CompTIA Project+, are a plus
