
Payments Systems Support Specialist
About the role
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Payments Systems Support Specialist to support and maintain business‑critical payment applications in a high‑availability environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with HP Non Stop systems and payment processing platforms, and be capable of working in a fast‑paced, challenging operational setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, and maintain mission‑critical payment applications across POS, ATM, remote banking, DCC, and FX systems.
- Provide production support for payment platforms running on HP Non Stop systems.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and stability of applications supporting financial transactions.
- Troubleshoot complex application and system issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business and operational requirements.
- Comply with PCI standards and security requirements.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and provide support during flexible hours as required.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Lusis Tango applications, including: POS ATM Remote Banking DCC and FX
- Hands‑on experience with ACI Base24 applications, including IMN.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on HP Non Stop systems.
- Proficiency in TAL, COBOL, and TACL programming.
- Strong experience with SQL/MX, SQL/MP, and Enscribe databases(Must Have).
- Experience with **Golden Gate (GG)**replication (Must Have).
- Knowledge of Shadowbase replication tools.
- Solid understanding of PCI compliance and security standards.
