Job description (SAP FICO)

• The candidate must have worked on at least 2 full implementation projects and 1 support project.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with the key business stakeholders, colleagues as well as OEM support partners in an appropriate/mature manner.
• Understanding the organization's business requirements thoroughly for smooth execution.
• Excellent understanding with Finance, Enterprise Structure, Global setting of organization level, Account payable and Account receivables, Automatic payment program, Banking reconciliation process, Vendor/customer master data, Asset accounting.
• Complete understanding of FICO integration with logistics, procurement, inventory and production, General Controlling.
• SAP FI Core Modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, taxation (GST, TDS, TCS).
• SAP CO Modules: Cost Center Accounting, COPA, Product Cost Controlling, Internal order management, profit center accounting.
• Month End and fiscal Year End Closing activities
• Accounting principles, financial compliance, and process analysis.
• Advanced SAP troubleshooting, system configuration, and cross-module interface setup
• Must be able to independently handle Key uses & Finance Manager, take requirements and independently provide SAP solution in terms of configuration, testing, UT & IT and support issues after go-live.
• Preparation of Blueprint as well as implementation of the projects.
• Validate the reports requirements, validate any changes in customize.
• Provide training to end-user.
• Should be an expert in AP, AR and Asset Management.
• Expertise on an integration with 3rd party software through like; PO, BW, SD, B’One, CRM etc.
• Important organizational Elements of CO.
• Profitability Analysis (co-pa).
• Cost flow and revenue flow related to the profit center.
• Cost roll-up in product costing, Allocation Price Variance, Summarization in CO, Plan Layout, Product Cost Planning.
• Result Analysis /Revenue recognition with different methods like; percentage of completion.
• Planning & budgeting for cost objects.
