• Key Responsibilities Data Center Infrastructure Operations & Management
• Ensure stable operations and maintenance of critical facility systems, including power (UPS, generators), cooling/HVAC, and fire protection, while continuously improving overall operational efficiency
• Equipment Layout & Infrastructure Consulting
• Provide technical review and consulting for new equipment deployment and layout changes based on incoming power capacity and cooling/HVAC analysis
• Compliance with Global Standards
• Evaluate data center availability and reliability in line with Uptime Institute Tier standards and identify improvement opportunities
• Incident Response & Preventive Management
• Perform prompt incident response, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and establish preventive maintenance and operational improvement plans to avoid recurrence

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field

• Solid understanding of Uptime Institute Tier classification and related design/operational requirements

• Strong understanding of incoming power systems and cooling/HVAC infrastructure, with the ability to apply knowledge to operations and continuous improvement

• Ability to provide professional consulting on equipment layout and infrastructure operations to internal stakeholders and clients

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal teams (IT operations, network) and external vendors/partners

Preferred Qualifications Possession of at least one of the following certifications:

• Electrical Engineer (or equivalent certification)

• Fire Protection Engineer (or equivalent certification)

• Mechanical Engineer (or equivalent certification)
