Roles and Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions for complex business problems.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and front end teams to define app features.

• Optimize application performance and ensure high responsiveness.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

• Integrate third-party APIs and native modules.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues across platforms.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning

  Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 5-7 years of professional software development experience in back-end (.NET Core)

• Solid proficiency in C#.NET for back-end

• 5+ years of experience in React JS/React Native with experience in React Native preferred.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Good understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, Redux/MobX etc

• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Detox.

• Version control using Git/Bitbucket/Azure DevOps

• Optimize performance with best practices and optimization techniques

• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques

• Use Jira and Confluence for project management

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Other Qualifications/Skillsets:

• Experience in React Native
• Navigation libraries.
• Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio).
• Experience in Azure
• Strong .NET Core person with a working knowledge with React JS
• Knowledge of React Native is preferred but not mandatory. Candidate must be willing to cross learn and work in React Native as the team is still primarily React Native
