Job Description: Essential for Job Functions.

  • Desktop / Laptop / VDI build, configuration, deployment to end users
  • Software installation / deployment
  • Asset and peripheral deployments
  • In depth investigation into issues
  • Work as part of a support team with laptop, desktop and VDI terminals support calls
  • Hardware installation / upgrade / break fix for desktop, laptop, and server
  • Smartphone support (Android & iOS)
  • VIP support
  • Assisting with customer projects
  • Occasional travel required around the area to help cover Leave at sites (within a 2hr travel)

Desirable skills / qualifications:

  • Microsoft Windows 10 and / or 11 training, certification, and experience
  • Legacy Operating Systems
  • Understanding of Microsoft SCCM
  • Experience of client-side Wi-Fi configuration and troubleshooting
  • Experience of Windows Security configuration
  • Experience of client encryption and VPN - Trellix, Bit Locker, Cisco, F5 and Zscaler
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Willing to learn new skills and technologies
  • Experience 2 – 3 years
