Job Description: Skill: Workday Payroll Functional

Location: Pan India

JD: Primary Skills/Requirements

  • Workday Payroll Functional expertise.
  • Must have led 2 or more full lifecycle Workday US Payroll implementations demonstrating hands-on design/solutioning, configuration and testing experience across all US Payroll solution areas
  • Be able to identify strategies, alternatives, approaches, risks, and mitigations to meet requirements, as well as assist in testing and resolving issues.
  • Certified in Workday US Payroll (Not mandatory)
  • Conduct working sessions with clients to understand, gather, and analyse business requirements
  • Design and implement requirements in the Workday HCM solution
  • Configure the Workday US Payroll solution/Security
  • Demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototypes
  • Work with clients to help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the Workday solution
  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business process decisions related to industry and/or functional areas
  • Leverage prior Human Resources / Payroll / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience
  • Perform knowledge transfer with client throughout project’s lifecycle

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Workday Payroll Certification (Preferred, not mandatory)
  • Any workday advanced certification recruiting, compensation, talent, absence, time tracking is good to have
  • Previous experience on HCM solutions like People Soft, SAP will be advantage
  • Practical experience gained on data migration and/or integrations projects (e.g. during “to Cloud” transformation projects)
  • Strong analytical mindset and usage of analytics and reporting tools (e.g. pivot tables)
