About the role
Job Description: Essential Job Functions:

- 7+ years of overall software engineering experience, with 2+ years in AI / LLM / Generative AI.
- Strong hands-on experience with the Service Now platform and its AI/ML capabilities.
- Experience designing and deploying Now Assist skills, domain‑specific prompts, and RAG‑based solutions.
- Proven ability to build AI Agents and agentic workflows, including orchestration, guardrails, and multi‑step automation.
- Experience architecting MCP servers to securely expose Service Now data, workflows, and APIs to external AI models.
- Hands-on experience building Claude skills and connectors to enable AI‑driven Service Now actions (record creation, case triage, data retrieval).
- Ability to integrate AI features into Service Now workspaces, portals, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom applications.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python, with good knowledge of REST APIs, authentication/authorization, databases, and system design.
- Preferred: Service Now CSA/CAD certifications, exposure to MCP ecosystem, and Performance Analytics.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fiel
Strong knowledge of Gen AI modules:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP Integrations,
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning.
