Job Description:

Essential Job Functions: Design, develop, and implement technical solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop solutions that meet business objectives.

Provide technical leadership and expertise to delivery teams, ensuring successful project execution and high-quality results.

Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, architectures, and standards to support business growth and innovation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 8 years of relevant work experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar technical architecture role
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve common goals Other Qualifications:
• Expert-level certification in Service Now IT Operations Management (ITOM) - Discovery, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
• Strong technical skills in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics, with the ability to apply these skills to real-world problems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions

Experience: working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

• Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business innovation and growth.
