Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist in executing the corporate real estate strategy within a specific domain or department.
• Manage a portion of the real estate portfolio, focusing on lease negotiations, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill space needs and office planning, balancing functionality and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze real estate data for informed decision-making, including evaluating property investments.
• Support the supervision of real estate professionals in their daily tasks, including lease administration and vendor relationships.
• Engage in lease negotiations with landlords and brokers to secure favorable terms.
• Contribute to budget development and adhere to financial goals.
• Maintain awareness of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in corporate real estate management
• Proficiencies in real estate strategy, negotiation, financial analysis, and project management
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), or similar, are a plus

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $95,900 - $178,100.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
