About the role:

We are looking for a Dynatrace Architect to design, deploy, and optimize observability solutions across complex application and infrastructure environments. This role focuses on ensuring performance, reliability, and visibility using Dynatrace, while partnering closely with application, infrastructure, and leadership teams.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone passionate about monitoring, performance optimization, and modern observability practices.

What you will do:

• Design and implement scalable Dynatrace monitoring architectures across development, test, and production environments
• Deploy, configure, and customize Dynatrace to support applications, services, and infrastructure
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and operations teams to define monitoring requirements
• Create dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide actionable insights
• Perform root cause analysis and support performance optimization initiatives
• Integrate Dynatrace with existing tools, platforms, and systems
• Document architectures, configurations, and best practices
• Provide training and enablement sessions for technical teams
• Ensure solutions align with security, governance, and compliance standards

Who you are:

• Proven experience deploying and managing Dynatrace in enterprise environments
• Strong background in application performance monitoring (APM) and observability
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and application development
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with distributed and remote teams

Nice to Have

• Experience scripting (Python, Shell, or similar)
• Dynatrace certifications (Associate and/or Professional)
• Experience operating in large-scale or global environments
• Executive-level communication or stakeholder-facing experience

Work environment:

• This is a fixed-term contract position.
• This role follows a hybrid work model.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
