Job Description:

Join a high-performing team managing a national portfolio of Property, Liability, and ISR claims. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients and brokers, driving strong commercial outcomes through expert claims management, negotiation, and advocacy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Property & Liability claims

• Provide advice on policy coverage and claim strategy

• Liaise with clients, brokers, insurers, and third parties

• Lead negotiations to achieve favourable outcomes

• Analyse claims data and deliver insights/reporting

• Support client meetings, reviews, and training

Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in Liability & ISR claims

• Strong commercial, negotiation, and decision-making skills

• Experience with large/brokered clients

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Relevant qualification (Insurance, Financial Services, or Law preferred)
