Responsibilities:

• Design innovative and scalable enterprise applications leveraging Synchro's 4D modeling and scheduling capabilities to optimize project timelines, resource allocation, and construction workflows in Financial (e.g., infrastructure financing projects) and IT sectors (e.g., data center builds and software deployment pipelines).
• Develop custom integrations, plugins, and modules using Synchro's API, Python scripting, and database tools (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) to create robust solutions for real-time project simulation, risk analysis, and BIM (Building Information Modeling) integration.
• Support and maintain complex applications post-deployment, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, user training, and ongoing enhancements to ensure 99.9% uptime and compliance with industry standards (e.g., IFRS for finance, ISO 27001 for IT security).

Required Skills:

• Technical University or bachelor’s preferred.
• Preferred working experience with large global Service Integrators, across different industry sectors, commercial and public
• Synchro Application knowledge
• Java, Java Class Library (JCL), J2EE / J2Se / Java Server,
• oting and issue-resolution capabilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to support users effectively
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis
• Proactive approach to system stability, documentation, and continuous improvement
• Mandatory Skills
• Java with Oracle DB
• Kubernetes
• Unix, Web Logic
• English and Portuguese (both fluent)
