• Lead and support end-to-end SAP WM / Stockroom Management implementations, including:
• Requirement gathering and business blueprinting
• System configuration and customization
• Integration testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live support
• Analyze and map business processes to SAP WM / IM or S/4HANA Warehouse Management solutions
• Configure SAP WM functionalities such as:
• Putaway and picking strategies
• Transfer orders
• Physical inventory
• Storage types, storage sections, and bins
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, FI, and logistics) to ensure seamless integration
• Support S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementations, including data conversion and process redesign
• Provide expert guidance on stockroom operations, inventory accuracy, and warehouse optimization
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, and reports
• Conduct user training sessions and create end-user documentation
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP WM / Inventory / Stockroom Management experience
• Strong experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects is preferred
• Solid knowledge of:
• SAP WM and Inventory Management (IM)
• Warehouse and stockroom business processes
• Experience working in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT) and cutover activities

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience (Greenfield or Brownfield)
• Exposure to S/4HANA Warehouse Management or migration from ECC to S/4HANA

Experience in:

• Manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries
• Integration with MM, SD, and logistics execution processes
• SAP certification in WM, S/4HANA Logistics, or related modules

Experience in global or multi-country implementation projects
