Job Description:

職位概述​

該崗位面向有意深耕雲端維運領域的應屆生或在讀學生，協助團隊完成主流公有雲平台（AWS/GCP/Azure）的基礎維運工作，通過參與自動化腳本編寫、監控告警處理、資源管理等實踐，累積雲端技術與團隊協作經驗，為業務系統的穩定運行提供支持。​

核心工作職責​

協助雲端資源管理：協助完成 AWS/GCP/Azure 雲平台核心資源（計算、存儲、網絡）的基礎配置、狀態檢查，協助清理閒置資源。​監控與告警協處：協助維護雲端監控工具（如 CloudWatch），跟進告警信息，協助記錄故障現象與處置過程。​安全與權限輔助：協助執行賬號權限基礎審核、安全組規則檢查，整理安全配置相關記錄。​自動化與文檔支持：協助編寫、優化簡單 IaC 腳本（如 Terraform），整理維運操作手冊、故障排查筆記等文檔。​成本與數據統計：協助收集雲端資源使用數據，整理成本分析基礎報表，支持團隊成本優化工作。​團隊協作支持：配合研發、安全團隊完成基礎技術支持工作，參與團隊技術分享與學習交流。​

任職要求​

教育背景​

計算機科學、信息技術、電子工程等相關專業，大學本科及以上學歷（應屆生、在讀學生均可）。​

工作經驗​

具備基礎的雲計算知識，有 AWS/GCP/Azure 任一平台入門經驗或相關課程學習經歷者優先；​ 有 Linux 操作系統、Shell/Python 編程基礎，或接觸過 Terraform、Docker 等工具者優先；​ 無強制工作經驗要求，願意主動學習、積極參與實踐即可。​

知識與技能​

瞭解計算機網絡、操作系統基礎知識；​ 具備基礎的文檔編寫與數據整理能力；​ 願意學習雲端維運工具、自動化技術與安全防護知識。​

素質與能力​

態度認真負責，服從團隊安排，具備良好的服務意識；​ 具備基礎的溝通協作能力，善於傾聽與請教；​ 學習能力強、自驅力足，對雲計算領域有濃厚興趣；​ 能保證穩定的實習時長（每周至少 3 -4天）。
