About the role:

As a Dynatrace Implementation Engineer, you will focus on the hands‑on deployment, configuration, and operation of Dynatrace monitoring solutions. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver reliable observability, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure Dynatrace is implemented following best practices.

What you will do:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace monitoring solutions across development, test, and production environments
• Work with application, infrastructure, and operations teams to gather monitoring requirements
• Set up monitoring for applications, services, and infrastructure components
• Create and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide system visibility
• Troubleshoot Dynatrace-related issues and support root cause analysis
• Integrate Dynatrace with existing tools, platforms, and systems
• Optimize monitoring configurations for performance and efficiency
• Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
• Deliver training sessions and demos for internal teams and customers
• Support ongoing improvements and adoption of Dynatrace capabilities

Who you are:

• Proven experience deploying and managing Dynatrace in a professional or enterprise environment
• Strong background in application performance monitoring (APM) and observability
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and application development processes
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience working with distributed or remote technical teams
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to collaborate with distributed and remote teams

Nice to Have

• Scripting experience (Python, Shell, or similar)
• Dynatrace certifications (Associate and/or Professional)
• Experience supporting large-scale or global environments
• Exposure to customer-facing or stakeholder-facing activities
• On-call or production support experience

Work environment:

• This is a fixed-term contract position.
• This role follows a hybrid work model.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
