• In working with Service Now for 5 years, developing, configuring, testing deploying and maintaining Service Now. (No Admin please) ..
• One of the Service Now applications: ITSM
• Service Now CSA (certified System Administrator) certificate
• Eager to learn.
• Scripting Fundamentals and knowledge of JavaScript
• Agile and Dev
