Mid-level Front-end Developer + Hybrid Mobile (Ionic/Cordova) is a hands-on contributor within the development team, working on the design and development of front-end solutions for web and hybrid mobile applications. The role focuses on implementing high-quality, responsive user interfaces using modern front-end and hybrid technologies, while collaborating closely with team members and, when required, client teams.
Working Relationships
- Report directly to the Scrum Master / Line Manager / Tech Lead
- Work closely with project team members and support functions
- Collaborate with client teams when required
- Communicate with assigned Coach regarding job performance and career development
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of web and hybrid mobile applications based on defined requirements and designs.
- Implement standards-compliant, cross-browser front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build responsive web applications that work across modern desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.
- Develop JavaScript-based front-end functionality using frameworks or libraries such as Angular, React, or similar.
- Develop and maintain hybrid mobile applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Ionic and Cordova.
- Integrate front-end components with back-end services via APIs.
- Produce clear and maintainable technical documentation as needed.
- Work closely with team members to ensure quality, timeline, and scope commitments are met.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and development practices.
- Continuously learn and improve technical and development skills.
Job Requirements Experience & Technical Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in web/front-end development.
- Hands-on experience developing front-end web applications using at least one JavaScript framework such as Angular, React, or similar.
- Practical experience building hybrid mobile applications using Ionic.
- Good understanding of Responsive Web Design and front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and handling cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Familiarity with Cordova and basic mobile application build/package processes for iOS and Android.
- Familiar with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Exposure to CI tools such as Jenkins is a plus.
- Having knowledge of server-side technologies (Java or .NET), web services, and JSON is an advantage.

- Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and contribute to team goals.
- Ability to work under pressure with a responsible and professional attitude.
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
