Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist with a proven track record of achieving sales results in the automotive sector. You will be an expert at developing strategic customer relationships, closing deals, and representing a premium brand. In this role, you will drive the success of the sales strategy and contribute to Lucid Motors’ growth goals.
What you will do:

Build strong relationships with clients and manage key accounts for long-term success.

Leverage your established network to identify new opportunities and close business deals.

Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve efficiency.

Ensure the seamless progression of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.

Provide valuable insights into the premium EV market and apply these trends to your sales strategy.
Who we are looking for:

You have 5-8 years of experience in an automotive sales role.

You have an existing network of contacts that you can leverage to create business opportunities.

You possess advanced negotiation skills and can successfully close deals.

You have in-depth knowledge of the premium EV market and can turn market trends into successful sales strategies.

You are a self-starter with a systematic and structured approach to prospecting and sales activities.
