Overview of IAM Operations @ Lowe's
Lowe's Information Security Group provides a wide range of security services to protect our customers, employees, and Lowe’s sensitive data by reducing risks to Lowe’s through a proactive security program and strong collaboration with our partners. The Security Administration tower within ISG is primarily responsible for fulfillment of Identity and Access Provisioning requests across Lowe’s platforms and applications portfolio. It is also responsible for assisting with Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance on all platforms and applications.

Roles & Responsibilities
'- 2-5 years hands-on experience in administration and maintenance of end user accounts, permissions and access rights.

• Strong hands on experience with a majority of the following technologies (Active Directory, Mainframe, Unix, CA Identity Minder, Sail Point).

• Strong understanding of application access structures and request model etc.

• Deep understanding of Active Directory

• Domains, group membership, account transfers and moves.

• Deep understanding of RACF, ACF2 systems and knowledge of Mainframe Security Administration.

• Deep knowledge of identity and access management audit requirements

• Strong understanding of application access structures and request mode etc.

• Solid understanding of information Security and IT controls And working in accordance to IT standard operating procedures.

• Have experience with request management tools

• Knowledge of role-based access control concepts

• Extensive knowledge of multiple generations of Microsoft Excel software

• Must be able to multi-task and set priorities

• Must hove experience in a collaborative, multi-disciplined team environment.

• Must be able to manage working on an effort that involves collaboration across global teams

• Must have strong technical, analytical. interpersonal communication and writing skills

• Experience administering and supporting Microsoft server operating systems.

• Exposure to user access management and access provisioning in Sail Point & CA-IDM (preferred).

• Solid understanding of Information Security and IT controls. And working in accordance to IT standard operating procedures. (preferred)

• Have experience with request management tools.

• Must be able to multi-task and set priorities

• Must have experience in a collaborative, multi-disciplined team environment.

• Must be able to manage working on an effort that involves collaboration across global teams

• Must have strong technical, analytical, interpersonal communication and writing skills

• Willingness to work in shifts

Experience: 2- 5 yrs
User Access Management, User ID Management, Identity & access management, ID lifecycle management, user lifecycle management.
Key words for refinement: ID provisioning, Access provisioning, Account creation, account move, Access recertification, User deactivation.
