Description:

Selected individual will be the F-35 Production Program Office Program Manager supporting the F-35 Ancillary Mission Equipment organization. The effort will include driving the requirements / strategy, proposal, negotiation, and execution of the contract. You would also be the leader of active participant of several improvement initiatives. The selected individual may be the program manager of hardware such as Aircraft Armament Equipment (AAE), Pilot Flight Equipment (PFE), Helmets, Drag Chutes and other Lockheed Martin build assemblies. The position will require close coordination with the Joint Program Office as well as Lockheed Martin internal stakeholders (F-35 production program capture team and production lot program managers, contracts, global supply chain, manufacturing operations, property management, and the development and sustainment organizations. Strategic planning and tactical execution are paramount in support of cost, schedule and quality objectives.
Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or Higher

  • Program / Project Management Experience

  • Experience communicating with executives and internal / external stakeholders

  • Experience working across functional teams

  • Earned Value Experience
    Desired Skills:

  • Supply Chain Experience

  • Control Account Management (CAM) Experience

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification

  • Certified Project Manager (CPM)

  • Program Planning
    Clearance Level:

Secret

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
