What You Will Be Doing

This position will support the Global Tooling and Fabrication build area Director as the 'Action Officer' responsible for oversight of organizational strategic/tactical planning and execution.

• Bridging to the Organization

• Manages Operating Rhythm including scheduling, pre- and post- planning

• Bridge gaps between functions, building effective relationships to solve problems and execute cross-functionally

• Organizing Decision Making

• Coordinate short, medium, and long term strategy execution for build team

• Monitor, support, and index measures of success aligned with Organizational vision and initiatives

• Becoming a Thought Partner

• Function as extension of Director's intent, ensuring vision is focused and being executed as designed

• Assist Director in managing time allocation and prioritization of decision making

Basic Qualifications:

• Project Management &/or Project Leadership experience

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of EVMS systems and processes

• Cross-functional team leadership

• Root Cause/Corrective Action experience

• Change Management experience on large and diverse teams

• Organizational communications and alignment

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
