Description: What You Will Be Doing:

Supports the Mission Assurance Team with operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management for Skunk Works® and AMMM Programs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviews and assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

• Collaborate with engineering, program, and government stakeholders to resolve anomalies and drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with Mission Assurance Senior Manager on technical, cost, and schedule aspects of contracts and generate earned‑value and risk assessments

• Report progress, issues, and achievements to the Mission Assurance Senior Manager and Director.

• Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college/university.

• Generally has 8+ years of related experience and may have a post‑secondary degree or training in a related discipline.

• Experience communicating with multi-disciplined engineering teams.

• Experience with finance, planning, reporting, and budgeting.

• Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) Clearance.
  Desired Skills:

• Candidate must be available for occasional domestic travel (up to 25 %).

• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple high‑priority tasks.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Experience in Project Planning and/or Project Management.

• Experience working proposals, contracts and/or process development and improvement.

• Experience with project performance and metric tools such as Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Tableau.

• Familiarity and knowledge of Avionics Subsystems to include Communications, Navigation, Identification, Infrared Search and Track, Core Processing, Electronic Warfare/Protection and Radar.

• Experience with Earned Value Management, or in a Control Account Manager Role

• Ability to or Experience conducting gap analysis and managing multiple projects/milestones

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
