You will be the F-35 Sustainment Integration Office – Project Lead and Action Officer.

What You Will Be Doing

As the F-35 Sustainment Integration Office – Project Lead and Action Officer you will  coordinate and integrate actions and projects that support F-35 sustainment. You will work closely with the Program Office, Sustainment Operations, and other functional teams. As the lead you will ensure the assigned activity meets the required performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage the day to day operations of ongoing sustainment projects and act as the primary liaison between team members and senior leadership.

• Planning & Execution: Structure project activities, track progress, and drive tasks to completion.

• Issue Resolution: Identify project challenges, devise corrective actions, and ensure solutions align with program goals.

• Monitoring & Intervention: Develop and maintain mechanisms for real time progress monitoring, early warning alerts, and timely problem solving.

• Impact: By delivering affordable, mission critical outcomes, this role directly supports the F-35 product and service life cycle—from initial fielding through long term sustainment.
  Basic Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with multiple Sustainment disciplines or Sustainment Project and/or Program Management.

• Demonstrated experience with executive-level communications, presentation, and writing

• Demonstrated project management experience (i.e. demonstrated organizational and task management)

• Previous experience in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams, Share Point)
  Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated understanding of all Sustainment Integrated Logistics Support Elements

• Experience setting, measuring and tracking performance metrics

• Experience as a project manager/lead

• Experience compiling, drafting and editing executive level presentations and whitepapers
  Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
