Description:

We do Space at Lockheed Martin. We have an opportunity for a technical instructor at our
Titusville, FL location. The preferred candidate will provide technical instruction and qualification of employees in Mechanical, Chemical, Safety, and Quality skills and will support multiple defense programs. This role will require the ability to obtain mechanical certification, security clearance (must be a U.S. Citizen), and require up to 20% travel to support Lockheed Martin sites.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years Basic Mechanical Assembly
• Understanding of Quality Systems
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Techniques
• 2+ years delivery of OSHA Training
• Experience with Chemical Mix processes
• On the Job Training Experience
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance

Desired Skills:

• Instructional Systems Design experience
• CNC Experience
• CMM Experience

Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

9x80 every other Friday off
