You'll perform as a Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Management, Staff member
What You Will Be Doing
This role is for a Subcontract Management, Staff for the F-35 Principle Teammate, managing Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems. This position will be responsible for overall cost, schedule, technical and quality performance for Northrop Grumman in their role as a subcontracted principle teammate across the (F-35) Production and Development Lines of Business Business. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in the following areas but not limited to: preparing requests for proposals, evaluating subcontractor proposals, negotiating terms and conditions, developing cost/price analysis, negotiations, purchase order and contract creation/documentation, purchase order maintenance, managing contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands, and communicating across multi-functions and multi-level platforms.

This position is located in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access. You must be a US Citizen and possess an Active Secret Security clearance to be considered for this role.
Some travel will be required for this position

Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's from an accredited college or university
-
Experience with supply chain management or buying or procurement or related field
-
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
-
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Skills: -
Experience with TINA negotiations
-
Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)
-
Experience with Complex Government Procurements
-
Experience with the Procurement Lifecycle under FAR Part 15 and the various contracting types (Solicitation, Negotiation, Definitization)
-
Experience with Delivery Management
-
Experience with briefing Executive Leadership Reviews
-
Complex problem solving skills
-
Business acumen, in making solid business based decisions

Experience working independently with little supervision, and in a team environment
-
Experience interpreting policies/procedures and applying concepts
-
Experience engaging supplier senior executives as necessary to resolve issues
-

Ability to Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
