Description: This req is for a level 5 AGM-158 Weapons System Engineering and Integration Leader. This candidate will be responsible for integration and oversight of all aspects of weapon system engineering processes including configuration control and management across multiple products, requirements development and documentation, requirements coordination and integration, traceability and flow down, specification development (system, segment, and component) support, review support and management, as well as systems engineering coordination across the AGM-158 Flex enterprise. A successful candidate must possess at least an BS in Engineering, Business Administration (or related disciplines) with a minimum of 10 years’ related experience.
The successful candidate must be well versed in, and capable of leading and supporting multi-disciplinary system development across multiple product lines. The candidate should have experience in the development of both flight demonstration as well as production programs. The candidate must have experience leading and integrating multiple organizations including engineering, manufacturing, quality, business management, cost tracking and management, business development and proposal support, and customer relations.
The successful candidate must be capable of generating and presenting technical and administrative systems engineering materials to a wide variety of customers as well as internal LM teammates. A successful candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should be familiar with the organizational structure and operational requirements of the LM-MFC organization.
The successful candidate should have experience supporting BA capture activities, program planning, and proposal development include cost estimation, schedule/planning development, and BoE generation. A successful candidate should also have experience supporting a variety of cross discipline technical teams at least at the IPT lead level.
The candidate must possess at least an active Secret security clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

Engineering or Business Administration Degree:

experience in the development of both flight demonstration as well as production programs

engineering, manufacturing, quality, business management, cost tracking and management, business development and proposal support, and customer relations

must be capable of generating and presenting technical and administrative systems engineering materials to a wide variety of customers as well as internal LM teammates

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
