• You will be a Systems Engineer
• Reliability for the F-22 Reliability and Field Performance team, which is responsible for ensuring product reliability across multiple subsystems.
  Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar degree from an accredited college.

Ability to solve problems of moderate scope using standard engineering methods, with work reviewed periodically for technical quality and completeness

Experience with presentations

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document analysis results and explain technical findings

Ability to work effectively on cross functional teams
Desired Skills:

Exposure to one or more of the following: reliability predictions, maintainability analysis, FMECA, mission reliability or mission success modeling, FRACAS, or testability analysis

Demonstrated initiative, learning agility, and the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to closure with support

Familiarity with agile methodologies a plus

Exposure to Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts and practices

Ability to Work Remotely:

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
