You will be the Arcraft Maint Engineer Associate Manager for the Special Operations Forces – Global Logistics Support Services team. Our team is responsible for delivering critical logistics, maintenance, and sustainment services to U.S. Special Operations Command.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Arcraft Maint Engineer Associate Manager you will be responsible for providing technical representation and subject‑matter expertise on the H‑47 platform throughout salvage, repair, and overhaul efforts.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering technical guidance and SME support to USG and subcontractors for MH‑47G salvage, repair, and overhaul.
- Monitoring and reporting subcontractor contract execution status.
- Troubleshooting issues, determining solutions per customer specifications, company policies, and contract directives.
- Recommending corrective actions to the company, USG, or subcontractors.
- Conducting product briefings and serving as the LM representative to multiple subcontractor organizations and USG.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
The candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with other departments and sub‑contractors in support of daily activities. Comprehensive experience in product/project status reporting to include drafting and communicating with formal performance reports. Extensive H‑47 experience is required. The candidate must have a strong technical background in H-47 platforms and the ability to provide sub‑contractors with technical guidance
Desired Skills:
5 plus years’ experience working H‑47 aircraft. Prior experience leading teams in aircraft maintenance such as flight line support operations, reset, phase maintenance, depot‑level repair, or heavy modifications & MWO’s. Experience developing product status tools using the Microsoft Office suite. Experienced professional in interpreting blueprints, schematics, USG TM’s, MEC’s, or other technical directives
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
