THE WORK
This position entails measuring, cutting, and counting wire using specialized equipment, as well as performing cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and wire ordering. Daily responsibilities include lifting, standing, and reaching, while maintaining an organized work area that complies with safety and 6S guidelines.

WHO YOU ARE:

You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly processes.

Basic Qualifications:

Generally has 1 or more years of related experience and holds a High School diploma or equivalent.

Ability to stand on their feet most of the day, lift 40 pounds, reach and grab items.

High attention to detail

Computer skills, able to use Microsoft products

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
