About the role

Description:

You will be the Program Integrator, Skunk Works, Innovation, Mobility for the Skunk Works, Innovation, Mobility Improvements and Derivatives (I&D) operation which is responsible for driving integrated program execution across cutting‑edge aerospace initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Program Integrator, Skunk Works, Innovation, Mobility you will be responsible for providing comprehensive program oversight and ensuring that milestones, deliverables, and infrastructure meet quality, cost, and schedule expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain program baselines, tracking cost, schedule, and earned‑value performance.

  • Lead risk and opportunity management to safeguard project milestones and outcomes.

  • Support Program Managers and multi‑functional teams in day‑to‑day execution and annual planning.

  • Manage continuous‑improvement projects, employee engagements, executive communications, and customer events.

  • Produce situation reports and ensure compliance with internal deliverables and governance processes.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Higher:

Ability to Work Remotely:

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
