THE WORK
This position will perform requirements analysis, apply human engineering requirements, analyze results, develop human engineering reports, provide innovative tools and techniques, such as AI, to improve user performance. This position requires the ability to work effectively across programs and teams like visualization readiness and logistics. This position impacts the end user experience for user interfaces.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Systems Engineering, Cognitive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related system engineering field
• 2+ years experience with user experience and user interface concept fundamentals knowledge
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Do

D Secret clearance:

Desired Skills:

Military warfare and mission concepts.
Operational understanding of weapon system
capability for US Navy ships, land sites, and
aircraft.

Understanding of controls for Unmanned:

Vehicles and operation of Cyber security controls
and reports.

Experience with AI:

Experience with robotics
Experience with virtual reality
Security Clearance Statement:

Ability to Work Remotely:

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
The base range for this position in New Jersey is $75,000 - $142,760.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. The wage range and benefits summary is a general guideline and is governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement when extending an offer.
