THE WORK
Lockheed Martin is seeking a talented level 3 Product Quality Engineer with a TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance to work from our White Sands Missile Range, NM location.

This position will provide support to the GEOINT Product Quality Engineering (PQE) lead and enterprise team both technically and administratively.

You will perform Enterprise project performance
and support for the SAGE contract. Specific tasks
include, but are not limited to:

  • Assess performance using evaluation criteria
    and technical performance measures
  • Researches, analyzes, and compiles technical
    data for government products and system-level
    concepts in the operational environments to
    optimize effectiveness
  • Make recommendations for innovative methods to accomplish the PQ and greater missions
  • Support to enterprise tests and mission
    integration including end to end system
    readiness, training and documentation
  • Active participation in relevant TEMs, planning
    sessions, and other relevant focused meetings
  • Provide subject matter expertise in sensor
    processing, phenomena, and environmental
    effects for multiple Geographical Information
  • Systems (GIS)
  • Make recommendations for innovative methods
    to accomplish the product quality, processing
    and greater Government missions

This is an EARLY-MID CAREER (level 3) ROLE where candidates typically require 3+ years of professional experience and a BS degree.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience working in customer operational
    environments with a geographically diverse team

  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to meet
    time critical needs/demands with close attention
    to detail

  • An active TS/SCI with CI Poly Security clearance is required for consideration
    Desired Skills:

  • Formal training/previous work experiences in
    product quality techniques and assessment in
    relation to Geographical Information Systems
    (GIS)

  • Experience with image processing systems and
    architecture

  • Familiar with image analyst/science research
    methods and tools

  • Familiar with scripting languages and modeling
    tools used in data analysis and simulation

  • Image science expertise in analysis, processing,
    quality, artifact recognition, phenomenology, etc.
    Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

9x80 every other Friday off
