Description: You will be the Financial Management for the Finance & Business Operations Transformation Team. Our team is responsible for driving enterprise‑wide finance transformation, modernizing processes, and embedding digital capabilities across the organization.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Management you will be responsible for guiding the financial aspects of the 1LMX transformation, ensuring data integrity, and aligning financial controls with new digital processes.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with agile project teams to define financial requirements and deliverables.

    • Design and implement automated financial reporting solutions.

    • Re‑engineer finance processes to improve speed and accuracy.

    • Champion digital threading and data integration across finance systems.

    • Mentor and up‑skill team members on emerging finance technologies.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines in a
fluid operating environment. Strong
communication and presentation skills. Strong
organizational and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of EVMS (Earned
Value Experience) with Microsoft tools, primarily
Excel (experience in Pivots and some formulas such as xlookups, sumifs, etc) and Power Point.

Desired Skills:

Advanced experience with Microsoft tools,
primarily Excel and Power Point Experience;
Tableau experience; Previous experience with
cost modeling/estimating. Knowledge of Cobra.

Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI tools:

of high importance.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
