Description: You will be the Proposal Analyst Sr for the Proposal Development Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑impact proposal solutions that win government contracts.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Proposal Analyst Sr you will be responsible for shaping, developing, and executing comprehensive bid strategies that align with FAR, DFARS, and other government regulations.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop, plan, and schedule proposals in accordance with estimating policy and government regulations.

    • Lead cost, schedule, and technical integration for proposals, producing financial models, NPV, IRR, and cash‑flow analyses.

    • Coordinate with functional departments to gather cost, schedule, and performance data.

    • Conduct should‑cost and pricing reviews, and support contract negotiations with DCAA and audit agencies.

    • Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements to increase productivity and profitability.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires  the ability to possess an Secret clearance for the role.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance (Secret)
  • Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business-related degree
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel
  • Experience with MFC Estimating Systems (EFS Proposal/Estimate) or Pro Pricer
  • Development of prime proposals and supporting proposal process through fact finding/negotiations and TINA Certification
    requirements at the prime contract level in an Estimating role; and
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with Estimating, Pricing,

Finance and other Business Operations:

  • Comprehensive written and oral
    communication skills with experience presenting to F&BO Leadership.
  • Experience with Pro Pricer
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead proposal activity from RFP through negotiations /certification

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
