Summary of Key Duties
As an Skunk Works® Integrated Program Planner, you will support the planning team for a Skunk Works® program. You will develop, maintain, and analyze program schedules, serving as a trusted advisor and modeling planning excellence for the team. You will collaborate across multiple functional areas including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control. Success in this role depends on strong communication, collaboration, and expert use of program planning tools.

Must be a US Citizen. Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance; must have the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance.

This role may have occasional travel to suppliers or other facilities

A level 2 employee Typically has 1-3 or more years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:

The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Experiences with networked schedules
  • Experiences delivering briefings to team members and project teams
  • Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting; ability to obtain and maintain Final Secret clearance
    Desired Skills:

The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Excellent communication /interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan, Oracle Primavera or similar scheduling software.
  • Scheduling experience including Critical Path Methodology (CPM) / network scheduling experience.
  • Ability to teach others, showing the impact/value of the group’s products / services.
  • LEAN or Six Sigma training or certification.
  • Experience in problem resolution.
  • Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Integrated Master Plan experience.
    Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
