The F-35 is designed with the entire battlespace in mind, providing unparalleled flexibility and capability to the United States and its allies. This multi-role fighter combines air-to-air combat, air-to-air ground strikes, electronic attack, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance into a single platform. We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead one or more Special Access Programs (SAPs) as the Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO).

The individual selected for this position will need experience working on large SAP platforms. Must have knowledge and experience with Physical Security, Personnel Security and SETA. Must have the ability to analyze and interpret security regulations.

Serve as a liaison between government security customer(s) and program management.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

• Current security clearance investigation within 5 years from investigation close date.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) access.
• Possesses extensive experience with and knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.07 and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705.
• Experience as a Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) or Assistant Contractor SAP Security Officer (ACCSO).
• Experience using PDF applications and Microsoft Office products.
• Experience in writing procedural documentation and interpreting contractual documentation.
• Experience providing briefings to large audiences.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional and productive relationships with internal and external customers.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in Personnel Security, Physical Security and SETA.
• Be self-driven and results oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape.
• Be highly organized and have advanced oral and written communication skills.

Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
