Completion Associate Manager:

What You Will Be Doing

• The leader for the Lightning Operations Center (LOC) and Delivery Operations Maintenance Management System (DOMMS) provides leadership to a combined team that delivers continuous flight‑line support for aircraft and maintenance squadrons. This role oversees LOC functions such as coordinating flight‑line requirements, communications, and contractor interactions, while concurrently managing DOMMS responsibilities—usage of DOMMS applications (ALIS/Report Gateway) and resources (JDL/LDM/etc.) to access, maintain, manipulate data—to ensure seamless operations and mission readiness. The leader is accountable for maintaining round‑the‑clock staffing schedules, fostering cross‑functional collaboration, driving process improvements, and upholding safety regulations. Ideal candidates possess strong leadership experience in flight‑line or maintenance environments, deep knowledge of maintenance management systems, and excellent communication and team‑building skills. This is a second shift position.
• Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

• Demonstrated Leadership
• 5 years experience Air Field Operations or Aircraft
• Management / or Maintenance Operations experience.
• Demonstrated Project management experience

Desired Skills:

MS Office working knowledge
Liaison experience between multiple customers.
Government Audit experience to include AS-9100 and ISO 9001
Knowledge of COMSEC and Security Management.
Knowledge of Aero Space Ground Equipment maintenance and management.
Knowledge of CMMS and ALIS.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
