THE WORK
We are currently seeking a Logistics Engineer to support the existing Army Radars Command Center, our internal and external customers. This candidate will assist the existing team with daily tasking. In this position the successful candidate will:
• Support the command center by working in the existing program database writing work orders and requisitions for required material that will be shipped to various locations, including the production line, suppliers, and most importantly our external customers, the warfighter. This can include material for modification kits, tools and test equipment, and items needed based on maintenance and or troubleshooting efforts.
• The candidate will learn and perform System Configuration Management duties which includes configuration management corrections and updates in our program database.
• They will track required calibration equipment and calibration requirements for program related test equipment and tooling. In addition, they will assist with tracking and coordination of Modification kits required for our fielded fleet based on deployment needs, maintenance actions and needs.
• As the candidate learns and develops their knowledge, they will support customer training on the program tool of record. This includes demonstration of process and procedures on how to record maintenance actions and different system configuration actions. They will also assist with the development and maintenance of processes and procedures related to the program tool of record.
• Different levels of reporting are often required. The candidate will be asked to pull data out of the program database for different needs which could include but are not limited to proposal efforts, program reporting, or other tasking as required.

Basic Qualifications:
• Supply chain experience, preferably in a repair management or R&D environment.
• Experience using SAP.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interface directly with multiple program/functional organizations
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to meet contractual delivery schedules
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Interim Secret Security Clearance required to start
Desired Skills:
• Experience Managing Government Furnished Equipment/Material/Property.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook), use of Tableau.
• Experience using SAP to receive items, managing inventory.
• Experience in Government contracting and FAR regulations.
• International program experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to meet contractual delivery schedules.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions affecting priority needs from internal customers
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Organized, self-starter requiring minimal supervision

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $69,700 - $120,750. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
