You will be a Senior Finance Analyst, responsible for financially managing multiple contracts and ensuring programs meet their financial, schedule, and contractual requirements. Our team is committed to developing your knowledge and skills, and providing exposure to senior leadership.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will work individually and as part of a team to analyze and forecast cost, orders, sales, profit, and cash flow. You will establish and manage program cost baselines and budgets, perform variance analysis, and highlight issues and trends to the program team.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting Contract Status Reviews (CSRs) and analyzing financial data
• Establishing and managing program cost baselines and budgets
• Performing variance analysis and identifying areas for improvement
• Providing customer reporting and proposal support
• Collaborating with program management, financial management, and functional finance personnel
• Assisting other team members and developing solutions to financial challenges

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience establishing budgets and managing cost baselines
- Ability to deal with challenges and to develop solutions to issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to excel in a fast paced and dynamic environment and to meet deadlines
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to provide training and assistance to team members
Desired Skills:
- Cost management experience on large production and/or development contracts
- Experience forecasting orders, sales, profit, cash flow
- Familiarity with risk and opportunity analysis
- Experience with LMMFC software and systems, such as EFS
- Experience with Cobra and Oracle
- EVMS (Earned Value) experience beneficial, but not required
- Working knowledge of proposal/estimating process
- Finance or business related degree preferred
- Leadership skills
- Self-starter with motivation to perform with excellence

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
