Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a candidate for a full-time Subcontract Management Staff position. This position supports the Maintenance Systems and Support. In this role, you will prepare requests for proposals, evaluate subcontract proposals related to non-production requirements, develop price analysis, negotiate, create and maintain purchase orders within the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARs) and communicate across multiple business functions. The successful candidate will have experience in the usage of Microsoft Office, Systems, Applications & Products (SAP), Procure to Pay and aeronautics industry procurement processes and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), or Department of Defense (DOD) contracts
Experience with variety of contract types including;
Firm-Fixed Price Contracts:
Time and Material Contracts:
Leading high stakes negotiations with suppliers
Negotiating Terms & Conditions with suppliers:
Desired Skills:
Proficient use of MS Excel and Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay
Experience with Competitions and Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) Proposals
Experience as a mentor or leader with advanced communications skills
Works independently and in a collaborative and team-based environment
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Experience with analyzing complex problems and recommending solutions
Managing complex contracts at a variety of dollar values

Ability to Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
